with each pictures displayed under "photos and stories". To get a taste
for the kinds of stories that are contained within these pages please go to "the

started. Each story tells a little bit about the individual and a little bit about
the community itself. By exploring these pages we hope that you can learn something

One: Growing Up: Peggy's early life in Winnitoba, including her childhood
and her education. | Part
Two: The Wartimes: Peggy's life in Victoria during WWII, when she was working
with the military for communications. Also includes her trips around the island,
which happened mainly on her days off. | Part
Three: Sioux Lookout and Family: Peggy's life in Sioux Lookout (and a brief
period of time spent in Winnipeg), includes her marrage, the birth of her children
and brief descriptions of some of her volunteer work. |
